Lead Generation Specialist
Pune, Maharashtra
Lead Generation duties and responsibilities:
- Research, Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Plan and Direct Sales & marketing campaigns using internal and external teams, to key clients and prospects, through email and other modes.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Skills and Attributes required:
- Experience in lead generation and sales.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software including CRM.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
- Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- People management experience in leading and driving a small team to achieve targets and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Project, organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably technical. MBA is good to have.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 year(s) experience in Lead Generation and related areas.
Sr. Data Engineer
Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 5 to 8 years.
- Knowledge of programming languages like GoLang and Python for data manipulation
and transformation. - A strong understanding of relational databases and NoSQL and familiarity with data
warehousing architectures. Good experience in database query languages like SQL. - Experience in BigQuery and Google Console
Experience with Data Visualization Tools like Grafana, and Tableau that help to
encode data visually - Ability to analyze data sources, understand data relationships and develop strategies
to extract, transform, and load data effectively. - Good applied statistical and math skills, including knowledge of statistical tests,
distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, etc.
